Our clays are manufactured in Portland, Oregon using the finest raw materials from all over the country paying careful attention to detail and the needs of Northwest clay artists. We monitor the composition of our raw materials and fire sample tiles from each new batch of clay. When the raw materials change, we test the new materials in our own dilatometer to make sure they meet our stands and our clays will continue to perform. We aim to make the best, most consistent clays on the market and we stand behind our products.
