What products does Georgies carry?
We manufacture our own products and carry products from a variety of well-known brands including AMACO, Coyote, Kemper, Mayco, Xiem, etc. We also carry candle making supplies, plaster, and a wide variety of raw materials.
Do you manufacture your own clays and glazes?
Yes! We manufacture our own line clays, glazes and slips.
Do you sell products from other brands?
Yes! We carry a wide variety of brands like AMACO, Coyote, Kemper, Mayco, Xiem, etc.
Where are you located?
We are located at 756 NE Lombard St. Portland, OR 97211.
Do you have only one physical store?
We have only one physical store location in Portland, Oregon.
What are your store hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm (see specialty hours for Holiday hours)
Do you offer tours of your facility?
We are sometimes able to accommodate tours. Please e-mail info@georgies.com with your information, how many people are in your group, and the date or time frame you are wanting a tour and we will see if we can accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot always provide accommodation for a tour and we apologize if we have to deny your request.
Do you offer wholesale pricing or commercial accounts?
If you are a business, sell your work as an individual at shows (or have an online presence like an etsy shop), are a school or teacher at a school – we offer business discounts!

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards that you can order online, over the phone or in person.
How can I contact customer service?

How quickly do you respond to email or phone inquiries?
We will respond within 1-3 business days (usually sooner than later!)
Do you offer ceramic firing services for customers?
Yes! We offer custom firing services for the public. It’s usually a 7-10 business day but please check the custom firing section for up-to-date turnaround days.
Do you offer classes or workshops?
Yes! We offer multi-week classes and single-day workshops. Please check out our classes page for upcoming classes/workshops.
Can you special-order products?
We can special order products from almost any company we purchase from. Please e-mail info@georgies.com with your requested products and we will contact you to follow up with the special order and gather necessary information.
Can I make a custom order clay/glaze?
We have a small production crew so we are sometimes able to create a custom order product for you with a minimum quantity order and a custom order fee. Please e-mail info@georgies.com with your inquiry and we will see if we are able to accommodate your request. Please note that sometimes we cannot accommodate depending on production needs and apologize if we have to deny your request.
How do I create an online account?
Click the person icon in the top navigation (next to your cart) to open the My Account page.
From there, select Register, enter your email address, and follow the prompts to create your account.
How do I reset my password?
If you are not logged in: On the login page, click “Lost your password?” Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the reset email to create a new password.
If you are logged in: On the account page, select “Account details” and update the password there
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your account using the person icon in the navigation.
From your dashboard, you can update your name, password, and other account details under Account Details.
How do I change my email address?
Log in to your account and go to Account Details.
Update your email address and save your changes.
How do I change my billing or shipping address?
After logging in, go to Addresses in your account dashboard.
From there, you can update your billing and shipping information.
