Can I request a freight quote before placing my order?
Absolutely! We almost always provide a freight quote before confirming an order.
Can I ship some items but pick up others?
Yes! Please let us know what you’d like to pick up or ship – we will place them in two separate orders.
How do I track my shipped order?
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking # or BOL when your order goes out so you can follow your shipment from pick up to your door.
Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes?
We couldn’t fit everything in one box. You will receive tracking numbers for each box that’s sent out.
Do you offer local delivery?
We do! Please ask us if you are in the range for our local delivery.
How do delivery fees work?
Delivery fees are priced based on where you’re located and what you’re purchasing. Please contact us for a quote.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific day?
Once the order is placed, our delivery driver will call you to schedule delivery. Our delivery driver will let you know what times and days are available.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
Please let us know ASAP if you are unable to accept our delivery date we have scheduled so we can change it. If we drive out to you and you are unavailable, you will be charged for two delivery charges (the missed one and the rescheduled one).
How do I select will-call pickup at checkout?
Please select from the delivery drop down “will call”.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
We need at least one business day to pull your order from the web. If you have a certain time you’d like to pick up then please call us 503-283-1353 after placing your order.
Can I pick up my order the same day?
Usually, yes! We need atleast two hours to pull an order. If you placed an order on the web, please call us at 503-283-1353 to let us know so we can make sure we have your order pulled when you are wanting to arrive.
What time of day can I pick up will-call orders?
Anytime we are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
How will I know when my order is ready?
We will e-mail you to let you know it’s ready.
Can I choose a preferred pickup window?
Once the order is ready, you can pick up anytime we are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! This happens all the time. Please tell us if someone else will pick up so we can make a note on your order.
What should I bring when picking up my order?
We need your name and sales order number to pick up your order.
How long do you hold orders before restocking?
We hold orders for 30 business days. All special orders will be charged on arrival and are nonru
Do I check in at the front desk or warehouse?
You will go to the front counter and let us know you are picking up a will call.
Can I add items when I come to pick up an order?
Absolutely! Please go shopping first and then when you get to the front counter let us know you are also picking up a web order.
What happens if an item is backordered?
We will let you know if an item is backordered.
