How do I view past orders?
Log in to your account and select Orders from your dashboard.
You’ll be able to view your order history and details.
How do I re-order items from a previous purchase?
Go to Orders in your account dashboard, find the order you’d like to repeat, and select it to view the items.
From there, you can quickly add those products back to your cart.
How do I save items for later?
You can save products using the Favorites (Wish List) feature.
Click the add to wishlist option on any product to add an item to your favorites, and access your saved items anytime from your account.
How do I know my order was submitted successfully?
After placing your order, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page with your order details.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?
First, check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there.

What should I do if something seems broken on the website?
If you run into any issues, please contact us at info@georgies.com with a brief description of what’s happening.
Our team will take a look and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
How do I place an order online?
Please visit our shop, select the products you want, and then go to the cart to check out.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! We are always happy to help you over the phone. Please call 503-283-1353 during store hours or leave a voicemail for a call back if calling during non-store hours.
Can I place an order by email?
Yes! Please e-mail info@georgies.com with your name (individual or school), contact information (phone/e-mail/address), and list of items you’d like and we will e-mail you back with a quote or call you with any questions.
Can I place an order in person and pick it up later?
No, it’s best to call in or e-mail in the order ahead of time to pick it up later.
How do I check stock availability?
Please call 503-283-1353 to do a stock check. Please note during lunch hours (12pm-1:30pm PST) we have limited availability so we may have to call you back.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
We do not have live inventory. You will need to call 503-283-1353 and do a stock check.
Can I order items that are temporarily out of stock?
Yes – you can. This is considered a back order, and we will call you when the items come in.
How long does it take for an order to be prepared?
We need at least 2 hours for an order placed over the phone. We need 24 hours (1 business day) for a web order. We need 4 business hours for a raw material order. Gift cards are processed the same business day if placed before 4pm or it will be processed on the next business day (i.e. if you place an order on the web on Saturday, it’ll be processed on Monday (or the next business day)) Sometimes orders are prepared faster and we will contact you if that’s the case!
When should I expect my order to be ready for pickup?
We will call and let you know when it’s ready. If you’re uncertain if it’s ready, please call to double check before planning to pick up!
How do I choose between shipping and will-call pickup?
We are happy to provide a shipping quote for you to decide between shipping and will call.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes! Anyone can pick up your order – please let us know who will pick up when placing your order.
How do I enter special instructions with my order?
Please provide a note on the web order, e-mail, or over the phone and we’re happy to add that to your order.
How do I apply a coupon or discount at checkout?
There is a coupon field on both the cart and checkout pages where you can enter your code.
How do I request a quote instead of placing an order?
Please put a note on the order that you’d like to request a quote and we will process a quote for you.
