Everyday Discounts
Many items on our website include automatic price breaks based on how many of the same item number you purchase. For example:

Clay Pricing & Quantity Breaks
Georgies brand clay
You can mix and match Georgies clay bodies to reach the following tier levels:
- 50 lbs
- 100 lbs
- 500 lbs
- 1,000 lbs
- 2,000 lbs
Your final price is based on the total pounds of Georgies clay on your order, not per item.
Laguna clay & other brands
These clays are not mix-and-match across types. You will still receive quantity discounts at:
- 50 lbs
- 100 lbs
- 500 lbs
- 1,000 lbs
- 2,000 lbs
But: each clay type must meet the threshold individually.

We’re proud to support schools, ceramic studios, nonprofit organizations, and professional artists.
Eligible groups may qualify for business-level pricing, which includes special pricing on many items throughout the store.
Who qualifies
- Public and accredited private schools
- Colleges and universities
- Hospitals and nonprofit organizations
- Government programs or institutions
- Professional ceramic artists and studios (with business license or tax certificate)
Important notes
- Business/School discounts do not appear automatically in the shopping cart.
- Your discount will be applied during order processing, and you’ll see it reflected on your final invoice.
- Your account type (RR, CC, PP, BB, or XX) determines available pricing.
Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Because raw material costs fluctuate rapidly, manufacturer increases may happen multiple times per year. If there is a price change on your order:
- We will contact you before processing, and
- We will always honor the current price in our system as the final price.

The online prices are all listed at retail price and your invoice reflects the final total you paid (which may have included discounts!)
Do quantity discounts apply automatically?
You are coded in our software system specifically so if a discount applies you will get a discount. (Note: not every product has a discount)
What are the different customer pricing levels?
We have retail, school/business discounts & guild member discounts. We offer studio & distributor discounts to those that apply and get accepted. Please e-mail info@georgies.com with interest.
