The hump mold throwing system works on any wheel. Place the bat adapter on the wheel head, place your choice of molds on the bat adapter, and you’re ready to work. Hump molds make it quick and easy for production potters to turn out massive numbers of nearly identical pieces. You can spend more time on surface, glaze and design, and less on making the basic forms.
10″ on center fits standard wheels (except the Shimpo Arista). 4-6″ pin spacing adapts smaller 6-10″ hydrobats for standard wheels.
