Standard Slab Roller Mat – 22″x50″

The smooth alternative to canvas! A nonwoven material for pressing slabs without impressing the textured weave of canvas.

The manufacturer recommends using a blunt-edged steel fettling knife (F97 or F96) for cutting clay directly on the SlabMat. You can use cornstarch as a release agent if you find that your clay slabs stick to SlabMat. Use separate pieces for different colors of clay to avoid contamination by cross-coloration.
